Patient Satisfaction Survey
We believe in developing a good relationship with our patients and providing an exceptional level of patient care. We regularly ask for patient feedback to ensure that we provide the best possible service.
Our annual survey results are in and we are delighted! All patients surveyed felt they were treated with dignity and respect, felt welcome on arrival, found reception staff pleasant and friendly and were able to effectively communicate with the practice.
96% of patients felt the dental nurse was caring friendly and helpful and had their queries dealt with efficiently and were able to make an appointment easily. 96% of patient say they would recommend us to their friends and family.

National Smile Month (15 May -15 Jun 2023)
This years National Smile Month and Brush For Better Health campaign raising awareness of important health issues and better oral health.
During National Smile Month, we are promoting four key messages for better oral health:
Brush teeth for two minutes, last thing at night and one other time during the day, with a fluoride toothpaste.
Clean between your teeth every day.
Cut down how much and how often you have sugary foods and drinks.
Visit a dentist regularly.

Patient Satisfaction Survey
Thank you to all our patients that took part in our Annual Patient Satisfaction Survey. Your feedback is really important to us as it helps to understand what patient like and what we need to improve on.
We are really happy with the results of our survey. 100% of patients surveyed felt their treatment was adequate and felt safe and secure and found the cleanliness of the practice good.
Patients overall experience was good and we are delighted that 96% of patients would recommend us to their friends and family!

Mouth Cancer Awareness Month
Did you know, visiting a dentist could save your life!
All our patients undergo oral cancer screening as part of their dental examination. Your dentist will inspect not just your teeth but your entire mouth, tongue and cheeks, making visiting your dentist regularly vital to help early detection.

National Smile Month is about sharing important messages about looking after our teeth, good oral health has so many benefits beyond our appearance, healthy teeth and gums prevents tooth loss and by keeping our teeth and gums healthy we are reducing our risk of certain cancers.

Christmas Jumper Day
The staff of Inspire Dental Dagenham took part in a Christmas Jumper Day to help raise money for 'Save the Children'. We are pleased to announce £234.48 was collected by staff and in additional Mr. Kotecha the service provider matched all the money raised giving a grand total of £484.48 for the charity. Well done team!
